Hi, this is Jill,

This is my first ever blog and am not quite sure how to go about it, but I have procrastinated for way too long so here goes.

I am thrilled that with the expert help of Luned Lira I finally have a site for my book about the geometry and measurements of the dressage arena.

I first had the idea for the book in 1996 but it took a while (long while) to figure out the best way to do it. In 2006 I finally had a book I could print.

My aim of the book is to help riders with the geometry part of riding in a dressage arena. It is not a book about how to ride your horse just where you should be when riding various figures. Sometimes easier said than done, those endless 20 metre circles and the dreaded straight centre line.

If anyone has any questions I am more than happy to try to answer them.
